Important Notice Concerning Your User ID
As of September 30, 2009, users need to meet new, specific User ID requirements in order to successfully login to online banking.
- Your User ID must be 8-20 characters in length and include only letters and numbers.
- Do not use spaces or special characters.
- If your User ID already meets those requirements, you do not need to do anything.
- For Users who do not meet these requirements, please call CustomerLine at 914-902-2775 to change your User ID.
