Fraud Watch is designed to protect program members against the ever-growing threat of identity theft. Our comprehensive program covers members in the unfortunate event that fraud occurs, while also providing fraud prevention and detection services to help stop identity theft before it happens.

Fraud Assistance
Our Fraud Assistance service provides access to a highly trained team of specialists who are ready to provide assistance when a member has been a victim of identity theft. Members receive a Personalized Fraud Resolution Kit.
Fraud Assist Toolbox
This convenient, online tool helps streamline the identity theft prevention and recovery process. Members can choose to set fraud alerts, stop pre-approved credit offers, and stop unwanted telemarketing calls.
Card PatrolSM
Identity thieves care about one thing – stealing personal information and selling it to make money. Our sophisticated, real-time, early warning technology monitors various chat rooms across cyberspace for members’ personal information. In the event that identity theft occurs, members will be assigned a personal caseworker to take them through the resolution process.
Credit Alert®
With 24-hour, daily credit monitoring, members are alerted automatically of certain negative changes to their credit. If there are no changes to members’ credit, they’ll even receive a quarterly notification letting them know that nothing has changed.
Payment Card Protection
Members are covered for verified, unauthorized charges to their registered credit or debit cards. With this service, members’ cards are canceled within 24 hours of notice. Call toll-free, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Triple-Bureau Credit Reports®
Receive up-to-date credit reports and credit scores from all three major credit reporting agencies - Experian, Equifax and TransUnion. Combined, credit reports and credit scores provide a valuable picture of members overall credit standing and help them to identify critical errors in their personal financial data.
