Apple Bank current and former employees, you've come to the right place.

 

When you're making a big purchase or moving, you'll be asked to provide proof of income and/or employment. We make it easy to get this information quickly, online or on the phone. Click on any of the sections below that apply to learn how to use this free service.

Employment verification from Apple Bank includes your name, most recent hire date, termination date if no longer employed by Apple Bank, total time with the bank, and job title. Current Apple Bank employees just need to provide the following information to the person seeking proof of employment:

  1. The Work Number Access Options:
  2. Apple Bank employer code: 13532
  3. Your Social Security number

Income verification includes rate of pay and total pay for current year to date and past two years. Total pay includes base pay, overtime, bonuses and commissions. Current Apple Bank employees need to create a PIN and set up a Salary Key, following these instructions:

  1. Visit www.theworknumber.com or call 1-800-367-2884
  2. Enter or have handy:
    • Apple Bank employer code: 13532
    • Your Social Security number
    • Your PIN (temporary PIN is last 4 digits of Social Security number and birth date in MM/DD format)
  3. Follow the prompt to obtain a Salary Key and write it down
  4. Give the person seeking proof of employment and income:
    • The Work Number Access Options:
    • Apple Bank employer code: 13532
    • Your Social Security number
    • Your Salary Key

A Salary Key is valid for one salary verification by one verifier. You must create a new Salary Key for each verifier, as needed.

If you left Apple Bank prior to 2008: Please ask verifiers to fax employment and income verification requests with authorization to our Human Resources Department at 212-224-6592.
If you left Apple Bank in 2008 or later: Please use The Work Number to verify employment. To obtain income verification, please ask verifiers to fax a request with authorization to our Human Resources Department at 212-224-6592.
