Apple Bank business credit cards are offered through First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO®). FNBO credit card rewards points can be redeemed 24/7 through card.fnbo.com, the Card by FNBO mobile app, or by calling their customer service number at 1-800-652-5741.
In addition to the Authorized Company Representative, up to five (5) employees may be authorized to receive and use a card on behalf of the company during the application process. Each employee will be issued a card. Additional employee cards may be requested after account opening. Credit will not be pulled on the additional authorized users. The Authorized Representative or Program Administrator can control individual employee credit card limits through card.fnbo.com.
